Personal, Social, Health Education and Citizenship

The teaching of PSHE&C helps children to develop mutual respect and support for each other.  It encourages them to make informed decisions about key issues and supports the learning skills of life: awareness and care for others and the environment; learning to express their feelings effectively; being contructively critical and questioning; being responsible for their own behaviour and feelings.

Aspects of PSHE&C are further promoted through the School Council and Citizenship Award schemes.
