Dear Parents/Guardians,

 

 

Visit to Santa’s Grotto at Willow Farm Village

 

  

The response to the proposed trip to visit Santa’s Grotto at Willow Farm Village in St Albans , Herts has been positive. Therefore, Years 1, 2 and Reception will be going to visit Santa on Thursday 26^th November 2009.

 

 

This is an out of school trip and so we would ask parents to make a contribution of £18.50 to cover the cost of the coach and the admission charge.

 

 

Could parents be aware of the following items relating to the visit:

 

 

·        We will depart from school at 9am and return for 3.15pm.

 

·        School uniform tops to be worn with trousers, joggers, warm outdoor clothing and wellingtons.

 

·        Packed lunch – no glass bottles or cans ( to be carried in a small rucksack). The children will need to be able to carry it with them all day.

 

·        No money is required
